Information collected through our App
Personal information you provide to us that is collected through our App is stored by our third-party providers only for purposes of allowing the App to function. You may review or remove your personal information currently associated with App functionalities in the Settings of your account, or by contacting us using the information below.

If you create an account in the App, the email address and password you provide are only for the purpose of allowing the app to function: This includes: allowing you to securely sign-in to the App with the information you provided, allowing you to use the App functionalities as detailed below. You may review or remove your personal information currently associated with App functionalities in the Settings of your account, or by contacting us using the information below
If you allow access to your contacts, the information is only used to search against currently existing users to make connecting easier, it is not stored by us or our third-party providers in any way.
Mobile Device Access. We may request access or
permission to certain features from your mobile
device, including your mobile device's Bluetooth,
camera, contacts, microphone, social media
accounts, and other features. These permissions
are required if you wish to use App
functionalities that require these features. App

requested. If you wish to change our access or
permissions, you may do so in your device's
settings.
Push Notifications. We may request to send you
push notifications regarding your account or
certain features of the App. If you wish to
opt-out from receiving these types of
communications, you may turn them off in out App's
or your device's settings. This information is
needed only for the purpose of allowing our App to
function.
We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent. We use personal information received via our Services for a limited amount of business purposes described below. Account Information
If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can:
Log in to your account settings and update your user account.
Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our third-party providers.
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
Our App allows you to generate content, and we absolutely do not tolerate objectionable content. Objectionable content or abusive behaviour such as nudity, pornography, and profanity will result in immediate removal of the content and ejection of the provider of the offending content from our App upon completion of our investigative review. If at any point while using our App you witness objectionable content, we urge you to immediately block the provider of the offending content in the Settings screen of our App using the setting titled "Blocked Accounts", and contact us from the same Settings screen, using the setting titled "Flag Content", we will take immediate investigative action upon receival. Please include any information to aid the investigation in this situation.
Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. To accommodate this, we provide an easy-to-use interface within the settings screen of the AnyChat app, allowing you to update your personal information at any time. Deleting Your Account and Data: Your right to privacy and control over your personal data extends to the ability to delete your account. Should you decide to delete your AnyChat account, this action will initiate the permanent deletion of all the personal data associated with your account that we have on file. This process is irreversible, emphasizing our respect for your decision and right to data erasure. The deletion of your account and corresponding data underscores our commitment to not only respecting your privacy rights but also ensuring that your data is handled according to your wishes.
